Luke has a proven track record of outstanding results in criminal law matters in the ACT and New South Wales (NSW) over several years. He has acted in many high-profile cases in the Territory and in NSW at jury trials, appeals, sentence proceedings and bail hearings. 

Luke attended Marist College Canberra, graduating as Dux in 2007. He completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University, and prior to his admission took a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Merit in 2014. Luke is admitted to the register of practitioners of the High Court of Australia and is a practitioner member of the Law Society of NSW. He is admitted to the panel of Criminal Law and Family Law Practitioners of Legal Aid NSW and ACT Legal Aid and represents the firm on the legal aid roster as duty solicitor one week per month at the Queanbeyan Local Court.  

Luke has broad experience as a family and criminal law advocate, having appeared before the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates and Local Courts, District Court and Supreme Courts of the ACT and NSW, where he has variously instructed in jury trials and conducted matters as counsel at final hearings, defended hearings, committal hearing and sentence and bail proceedings in all of the above jurisdictions. Beyond his court work, Luke often negotiates the withdrawal and reduction of criminal charges and participates in successful mediation conferences in disputes about custody of children and property.

Grace Vozella

Grace graduated from the University of Canberra in November 2018, as a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws. She then completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Australian National University. Grace graduated top of her class in Administrative Law, which advantage she brought to her work as in-house lawyer in the Commonwealth Government. Grace also graduated top of her class in Equity Law, which advantage she brings to private practice, particularly in her favored practice area of succession law (the area dealing with wills and estates).

Grace is admitted to the register of practitioners of the High Court of Australia and is a practitioner member of the Law Society of New South Wales. Grace’s experience in both private and in-house Government practice means she has the unique knowledge of both the consumer and administrator sides of the legal processes in which she practises. Her main practice areas are family law, wills and estates and commercial law. 

Grace is a committed solicitor, whose calling to the profession stems from her life-long aim to assist people in times of need and to put her skills to the service of the community.  Grace is an excellent listener, and with this foundation goes about providing targeted and compassionate legal advice.
